We install intruder alarms in any premises from a garden shed to County offices.
Which System Will I Need?
Customers are advised that European Standards EN50131-1 for Intruder and hold-up Alarm systems specify four grades of system. Each is intended to address an assessed level of risk as follows:
Grade 1 - Lowest risk
Grade 2 - Low to medium risk
Grade 1 - Medium to high risk
Grade 1 - Highest risk
After an initial site risk assessment, our surveyor will be able to advise you of our recommendations for your security system. This should always be confirmed with your insurance company.
Audible Only
RThe basic system is an audible only one that rings an external or internal sounder for fifteen minutes once the alarm system has been activated.
Auto speech dialler
The next level of alarm system has an Autodialler which can be programmed to call [or text if required] up to four keyholders in the event of an alarm activation.
Digital Communicator Remote Monitoring To Alarm Receiving Centre
This system will contact keyholders / Police in the event of an alarm activation by dialling to a Remote Alarm Receiving Centre. This system requires the use of a standard telephone line.
BT Redcare
This system will contact keyholders / Police in the event of an alarm activation by dialling to a Remote Alarm Receiving Centre.
BT Redcare monitors your alarm over a BT phone line - reporting any alarm activations (including when the line has been cut) to your alarm receiving centre via the secure BT Redcare network
BT Redcare GSM
This system will contact keyholders / Police in the event of an alarm activation by dialling to a Remote Alarm Receiving Centre.
Your alarm is monitored over a BT phone line with a GSM backup - reporting any alarm activations (including the phone line being cut to the alarm receiving centre). The secondary GSM line means that alarm activation's can continue to get through to ARC even if the phone line has been cut.
Wireless Systems
We install ‘Class 6’ wireless systems that eliminates most of the cabling on an alarm system.
